Responsibilities:

Prepare job descriptions for each position and salary scale.
Coordinate with department managers to identify needs according to recruitment plans.
Post jobs through recruitment websites and internal platforms as required.
Schedule and conduct interviews.
Screen candidates and complete recruitment procedures (selection, hiring, and contracts).
Update the recruitment database continuously.
Respond to urgent hiring needs when required

Requirements:

+2 years experience
University degree (Human Resources / Business Administration or related).
At least two years of experience in recruitment (preferably in the same sector).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to use MS Office programs and recruitment platforms.
