Key Responsibilities:

Create multi-platform apps for iOS/Android using Flutter Development Framework.
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
Identifying and resolving bottlenecks, rectifying bugs and enhancing application performance
Cooperate with designers to match visual design intent
Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
Participation in the process of analysis, designing, implementation, and testing of new apps

Qualifications:

3+ years Flutter mobile experience.
Solid understanding of mobile application design patterns.
Excellent problem solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong understanding of design patterns over and above MVP, MVVM, and MVC.
Experience with cross-platform technologies like ionic and React Native skills.
Have strong knowledge about mobile data patterns
Proficient understanding of Version Control Systems such as Git.
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile development, scrum.
Nice to have experience working with native technologies like Android, iOS.
Familiarity with web application development and different client-server communication protocols.
