4- All transactions are archived electronically and the system provides flexible search engines to reach them easily.
5- There is a special procedure for confidential transactions which is highly secured to ensure confidentiality and they can’t be accessed without authority.
6-The system manages permissions to be customized easily which allows users to perform their tasks and duties according to their authority.
7- The system provides flexible settings through which the system administrator can add, delete and modify system variables .
