- Provide Technical support for services and applications issues Troubleshooting, handling & resolving Incidents, following up with the senior team and with the customers, 24x7x365.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and follow-up for permanent resolution of repetitive issues.
- Responding to inquiries from staff, administrators, service providers, etc. to provide technical assistance and support.
