Requirements:
Recent graduate.
Saudi nationality.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in customer support or technical support.
Good technical knowledge of common IT problems faced by businesses.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly.
Ability to handle clients professionally and politely, even under pressure.
